Success at FIMMA: the fair of rencounter

Meler ends its participation in FIMMA having fulfilled its expectations of seeing the sector’s professionals face to face once again.

The four pavilions of the Valencia Trade Fair dedicated to the FIMMA-Maderalia Fair have once again regained the dynamism of the pre-covid era. In fact, this fair has been the first major trade fair in this sector in Europe. With more than 400 exhibitors and a large number of visitors, the fair has demonstrated the desire to return to normality.

Valencia has served as a business platform between Europe and other continents and this year’s edition has seen the presence of international buyers who have also shown interest in Meler brand products.

Jose Miguel Casado, Meler’s sales technician specialized in adhesive applications in the wood industry tells us that the profile of the visitors was very technical. “Those who came to our stand had a clear objective, to achieve perfect finishes, so the adhesive application that aroused most interest was edge bandingcanteado. We handed out samples to all those who wanted to check the effectiveness of gluing with PUR, with the certainty that the tests they carried out with them would be satisfactory”.

Meler has more than fulfilled its expectations by being able to present its adhesive solutions for the industry to professionals in the wood and furniture industry. The innovations focused on optimising the maintenance of adhesive application installations, as well as on the different possibilities offered by connected melters such Micron +.

Despite the difficulties caused by the transport strike, the industry seems to be back to normal and we are happy to share some pictures of our presence.
