Meler USA Corporation hitting its one-year anniversary

One year since Focke Meler’s official arrival to the American territory with the opening of the subsidiary “Meler USA Corporation”.

At the end of 2019, Focke Meler’s international growth strategy de Focke Meler culminated with the opening of its American subsidiary Meler USA Corporation: a new business and organizational structure that would promote the development of the Meler brand in an environment of great economic potential.

Meler USA Corp. celebrates its first anniversary having overcome the devastating effects of the pandemic. During this time, and not without effort, Meler USA Corporation has maintained its focus on providing excellent solutions and technical service throughout the North American markets while working on the development and the enhancement of specific product for those markets.

In collaboration with the R&D and Product Design Departments, Meler USA Corporation ends 2020 with a wide configuration of products designed specifically to meet the technical needs of North America: voltages, CULUS certifications and a much greater configuration flexibility.

A specific product range for USA market

In one year, Meler’s product range has grown notably, highlighted by the MICRON+ range, with UL certification and fully compatible to the North American standards. Meler’s approach consists of technically adapting our star melters to the North American markets, while keeping our identity providing: compact and modular designs that do not add complexity to the installations. As an example, our PS20NS+, melting unit, used for greater production demands keeps the original dimensions and has a perfectly integrated electrical transformer.

Last October Meler also launched a solution for customers whose production demands are lower: the simple and functional melter, the SF. A highly versatile PLUG&PLAY range that offers 230V 3Ph connection without neutral and offers variable speed.
We are currently working on the development of a new ergonomic manual swirl gun that will offer with offer a high performance swirl application of a diameter greater than 200 mm.
