Meler resumes its international trade fairs route with a novelty…
As seeing it is not the same as telling it, Meler will perform live adhesive applications to demonstrate the efficiency of its solutions.
Meler, your gluing solutions partner, has designed an agenda of international trade fairs with a very clear objective: to show its solutions live.
In a world that moves so fast, technological projects have to find answers immediately. For this reason, the Meler team has decided that the fairs will serve to demonstrate with facts Meler’s ability to adapt to the manufacturing systems of its customers.
MELER’S ADHESIVE BONDING SOLUTIONS, LIVE
Thanks to a semi-automatic table, equipped with a Micron+ 5 melter, visitors will be able to test the application of up to 7 simultaneous adhesive application patterns. The patterns will reproduce the most common configurations in the packaging industry such as:
- Dot application
- Continuous and intermittent bead application
- Multi-stretch application for airtight packaging of powders or similar.
- Swirl application…
But the demonstration will also provide an opportunity to see three of Meler’s latest launches in operation:
Raptor Infinity: the electrical applicator
Raptor Infinity is a compact applicator with direct electrical connection (standard voltage 24VDC) and without driver. This productive advantage simplifies installations to the maximum and guarantees a total integration with the customer’s PLC.
Raptor Handy: the manual applicator
Raptor Handy is an ergonomic manual applicator that facilitates adhesive application tasks thanks to its 360º rotation capacity of the hose that can be configured with upper or lower inlet, depending on the customer’s needs. In addition, it has a heated air system that allows a high quality spiral application.
The latest of the latest products to be seen in operation at the upcoming trade fairs is the Micron + FOAM melter.
- Micron+ FOAM: it is the first compact foam melter for the packaging industry that will revolutionize the sector thanks to double savings. On the one hand, it has the energy efficiency of Micron+ technology and on the other, it saves almost 40% of hot melt by achieving a perfect mixture of air and adhesive that maintains the properties of the final product while optimizing resources to the maximum.
A “MOVIE-LIKE” HOT MELT APPLICATION
This international tour will highlight Meler’s participation in Germany where, thanks to the collaboration with our partner PRO CUT, there will be a popcorn box forming demonstration that Meler’s team will be in charge of distributing to visitors.
