Efficient hot melt systems for the tobacco industry

Meler, your Gluing Solutions partner, presents its solutions for the application of adhesives in the tobacco industry at InterSupply, to be held between 15 and 17 September in Dortmund.

The event in Dortmund is an important date on the calendar of any international tobacco, e-cigarette and other smoking accessory producer. The event consists of two simultaneous fairs: Intertabac e InterSupply, with more than 160 new exhibitors already confirmed. Among these, Focke Meler will touch down at the fair with the aim of presenting its adhesive solutions to an industry in which health requirements are on the up.

Efficient systems that offer added value

To provide a technological response to these new trends appearing on the tobacco market, Meler has plans to introduce its Project Ikarus at InterSupply, consisting of a comprehensive station designed from scratch to apply stamp duty stickers to e-liquid packs.

This new system will be accompanied by a selection of Meler products: Micron + , the Industry 4.0 melter designed with energy efficiency in mind and Raptor Infinity, the electrical applicator created by Raptor by Meler to guarantee a precise, uniform dose during at least 500M cycles.
