ADEQUATE ADHESIVE SUPPLY

Meler offers melters of all sizes to guarantee an optimum supply of adhesive in any production circumstance. Some of the most suitable for the furniture sector are:

• B4 Non-Stop: melter for low consumption and discontinuous production cycles.

• Micron + PUR MC/LC: specially designed for melting and pumping crosslinking adhesives (PUR, POR) which is being renewed with Meler’s electronic platform.

• Drum unloader: for careful melting of reactive and non-reactive hot-melt adhesives supplied in 20-litres drums. It allows prolonged production stoppages.

LAMINATION HEADS

For more than 30 years, Focke Meler has been developing continuous lamination heads for a wide variety of sectors. The applicator range specially designed for furniture production are:

• Edge banding: the application strip is easily adjusted. It replaces open-roller Gluing. It is much cleaner and the frecuency of maintenance is reduced.

• Continuous lamination heads: The new range provides great configuration flexibility, allowing users to select the position, geometry of the lip, orientation of the regulators, etc.

There are several models available and a wide range of optional accessories to perfectly integrate into manufacturing lines.
